Clarendon Place has been closed to inbound traffic.
The fifty-year old multi-storey carpark on the left is to be demolished to make way for a KFC outlet. Railings have been put up around the site.
This is the scene on the other side and from the opposite direction.
A more solid wooden fence was erected a few days later as can be seen on Hyde Daily Photo.
