Yesterday I ventured on to the "Cotton Mills Development" on the site of the former Hyde Mill which was demolished in 2009. The main road through the new estate has been called Admirals Way.
This is Cotton Mills Road off Admirals Way facing the garage on Ashton Road.
So far only about a third of the planned approx. 300 houses have been built.
